My journal is losing it

14:44 Gah. On the other hand, I see that Nature is going to the dogs. Not only do I see, on page 876, one correspondent using the phrase the principle protagonists followed by a list of four names, in cold blood, but the beautiful drawing on page 881 has been reproduced upside down. Rank amateurs, the lot of them.

My journal is older . . .

11:26 . . . than your country. A discussion at coffee about publishing ($BOSS just got a paper +/- accepted by Science) led to the question, which is the oldest, continuously published journal? And as far as I can figure it, it's Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society. Volume 50 was published in 1757.
